Find answers to common questions about our consultations, telehealth services, scheduling, and what to expect before your visit.
Every consultation begins with listening. We’ll review your health history, symptoms, laboratory results, imaging (when available), and health goals. You’ll receive evidence-based education, personalized recommendations, and your Women’s Health Roadmap™ to help you better understand your health and confidently discuss next steps with your healthcare team.
If you’re unsure which consultation best fits your needs, don’t worry. Whether your questions relate to metabolic wellness, fertility, menopause, or preventive health, we’ll help guide you toward the consultation that’s most appropriate for your concerns.
The Women’s Health Roadmap™ is your personalized consultation summary. It organizes your health concerns, explains your results in plain language, outlines evidence-based recommendations, and provides questions to discuss with your healthcare providers so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
